Our meeting spaces range in size for individuals to up to sixteen, and are surrounded by shared building amenities such as casual lounges, copy areas, & kitchens. And of course, lots of excellent coffee.

If you'd prefer, we can make the reservation for you & generate an invoice for you or your company. Advance payment in full is required to hold your reservation. Please ask us about special rates for local non-profit organizations.

We strive to be as flexible as possible with our reservations. However, due to the need to have staff on site for non-member conference room reservations, we do require notice of any cancellations. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our main office line at (775) 849-8733.
A full refund, exclusive of credit card processing fees, will be issued if a cancellation is requested at least 2 business days prior to a reservation. If less than 2 days notice is given, a 50% refund will be issued.
